Frolic & Footle Delivery
Dispatch time
All of our lampshades are made-to-order or bespoke order items so please allow 1-2 weeks for dispatch (not including postage time) from the date of your order. Please note that dispatch estimates are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.

Delivery method
We use either Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery or Courier (Hermes) 3 working day delivery. You will be notified by email when your order is dispatched.

Shipping locations
Currently, we only ship within the UK. Please contact us for shipping prices to the Highlands, Islands and BFPO within the UK.

Frolic and Footle Returns Policy
Returns – Made-to-order and bespoke items
We hope that you are really happy with your Frolic and Footle purchase. All of our lampshades are either made-to-order or bespoke orders and are therefore non-returnable unless faulty or damaged. Every item is inspected before being carefully packaged to ensure our high standards are met. Should your item not reach you in perfect condition, please notify us by email within 7 days of delivery at hello@frolicandfootle.co.uk. Please include a description and photos of the issue, as well as your order number If the product is found to be faulty or damaged, we will either replace or refund the item.

If the original item is to be returned to us, it must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the original packaging and securely wrapped. We recommend sending any returns by recorded delivery so that you have a proof of postage. We will reimburse this postage cost if the product is found to be faulty or damaged. Upon receipt, we will either provide a replacement product or refund the cost of the item, including the original and return postage amounts. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

Returns – All other items
We hope that you are really happy with your Frolic and Footle purchase. However, if you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 14 day refund policy on all non made-to-order or bespoke order items.
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind: please notify us by email within 7 days of delivery at hello@frolicandfootle.co.uk. You are responsible for the return postage cost. When returning the item to us, it must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the original packaging and securely wrapped. We recommend sending any returns by recorded delivery so that you have a proof of postage. Upon receipt of the returned item in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price less the cost of the original postage. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and that you have a proof of postage. To ensure you are as satisfied with your purchase, please measure your space carefully before ordering to ensure the items that you order are the correct size. We are happy to send out fabric samples and provide advice so do contact us if you would need more information before ordering.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please see above sections on how to return faulty or damaged items.
